7 Election of Directors

7(1) Eleanor Hruzik joins the Board as Vice Chair
As an experienced strategic programme manager and former player, Eleanor was co-opted onto the Board as Vice Chair to help Lacrosse Scotland build and realise its commercial vision, building on key partnerships and leveraging the energy and deep enthusiasm for lacrosse shared by the players, coaches and board members. Eleanor has also taken on the responsibility for compliance around safeguarding.

7(3) Will Murray Joins the Board as Performance Director
With a career in hockey coaching, from grassroots to elite levels, and as co-founder of the independent coach education consultancy, Left Field Thinking, Will brings extensive experience to the role supporting the development of our player pathway and performance programmes. Will has also led coach education at a variety of levels, and has orchestrated sports programmes at several leading independent schools. Currently the Head of Hockey at Glenalmond College, Will has previously worked as Technical Director of HC Arlon in Belgium, Men’s Head Performance Hockey Coach with Nottingham Trent University and Belper Hockey Club, and has been an Assistant Coach with England Hockey U18 Boys.
