National Teams
There are currently 5 National Squads who represent Lacrosse Scotland:

Performance development
All playing members are welcome to come to performance & development days to pick up new skills and knowledge.
To join our national performance squads there are a few simple things you need to do:
- If you are not a member of Lacrosse Scotland, you must join as an Individual (playing member)
- If you want to play for Scotland, please check that you fulfil the eligibility criteria to avoid later disappointment
- Get signed up for our performance squads and have an amazing time with our squads and coaching team
