- 2001 European Championships Penarth, Wales, selected as a Captain and Selected onto the All-European Team
- 2002 British National Championships
- 2002 World Lacrosse Championships Perth, Australia
- 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 British National Championships
- 2006 Selected for World Championship Team but unable to attend
- 2007 British National Championships
- 2007 Celtic Cup Cardiff, Wales, selected as a Captain
- 2009 Celtic Cup in Edinburgh, Scotland, selected as a Captain (Scotland won this tournament). Recipient of the Rob Powell Award
- 2010 British National Championships
- 2010 World Championships Manchester, England
- 2011 and 2012 British National Championships
- 2012 European Championships, Amsterdam, Holland, selected as a Captain recipient of the Mark Hodkin Offence Player Award and the tournament’s top goal scorer
