Registration is now open for the 2024 AGM, which will be held online at 7.30pm on the 21st March. Registration will close at 7.30pm on the 19th March, after which instructions on how to join the meeting will be sent.

Regan Stirling: HR Director
Regan is an experienced, pragmatic HR professional with proven success in delivering practical and strategic HR initiatives within the private sector. Her specialism is in people development and engagement, driving participation growth programmes and achieving ambitious agendas where both individuals and teams can thrive. Being an enthusiastic sports lover was part of life growing up in New Zealand, and whilst a relative newcomer to lacrosse, she is nonetheless keen to support, assist and progress the profile, participation and success of lacrosse across Scotland during such an exciting time for the sport.
At Lacrosse Scotland, Regan will be responsible for developing and implementing our workforce strategy across volunteers and staff, looking after our people policies and processes as well as ensuring our people training and skills development programme meet the needs of our organisation both now and into the future.
Mike Painter: Strategy Director
Mike brings a wealth of experience in strategic people leadership and volunteer workforce management within the sports industry, most notably at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games as well as several other major international sporting events. With a successful track record of delivering complex strategic agendas and a passion for promoting the world of high-performance sport, Mike is excited to join the Board and contribute to our shared vision of delivering a world class programme of lacrosse in Scotland.
Mike joins the board as our Strategy Director, responsible for developing Lacrosse Scotland’s 2024-2028 Strategic Plan and how we operationalise it, building out our annual implementation plans and ensuring operational excellence across the organisation.
Zoe Dickson: Development Director
Zoe is currently head of girls games at Loretto School and attended Edinburgh University so has first hand experience of how to help and support the progression of lacrosse in schools through to university. Furthermore, Zoe carried out the lacrosse development coordinator last year so has great knowledge to help support the growth of lacrosse in Scotland.
