Indoor Supports Manhattan Works

Can you help us to help Manhattan Works?

Please join us in supporting the home of Scotland Indoor Lacrosse during these challenging and unprecedented times.

Manhattan Works is a multi-use facility in Dundee run by the Showcase the Street Charity, housing two indoor sports pitches, dance studios, meeting rooms, a virtual reality centre, and of course our beloved indoor rink. The charity is dedicated to helping vulnerable young people and communities by giving them the opportunity to access the brilliant clubs and sports that call its facility home. Showcase has won many awards in education and regeneration as well as being nominated for Social Enterprise of the Year in Scotland in 2018.

Manhattan Works has been absolutely integral to the growth and success of Indoor Lacrosse in Scotland, as it is the only facility in Scotland that is available for use all year-round.  As a result of having this facility, we have been able to bring new players to the sport, increased the skill of current players and have seen a greater number Scottish of Players playing internationally as a result.

There are a great many groups, including the Scotland Indoor Lacrosse Programme, who rely on Manhattan Works and Showcase the Street for the fantastic services they provide. They need vital funds to ensure that they are able to re-open after the Covid crisis and to continue the great work they do.

The Indoor Program, with support from the membership and the Board, has elected to donate £250 to ensure Manhattan Works and Indoor Lacrosse continue to thrive moving forward.
