British Lacrosse Expressions of Interest – Women

We welcome expressions of interest from all eligible players for the Women’s British Lacrosse Team to play in the World Games 2022 (TWG2022) in Birmingham Alabama from 7-11 July 2022.

You can see more about TWG2022 here.

We are looking for world-class lacrosse players who are committed and passionate about developing British Lacrosse Sixes. With inaugural Sixes events being staged across the world in the past weeks, with leagues in countries such as England and Canada, as well as demonstration games in the USA, the world is certainly ‘buzzin’ about the new fast format of our beloved game.

The women’s team will be holding tournament-style trials on 3 October. We would like to have expressions of interest via this online form by 3 September.

The form includes more details on anticipated costs and all training dates (also shown below). British Lacrosse believes in the potential of ‘achieving more together’ and have worked with the home nations to ensure players will be able to balance playing in both the 10-a-side World Lacrosse Women’s World Championship in Towson and the World Games.
