Scottish Universities Women's Lacrosse Tournament Spring 2014

I have spoken to one or two of you about helping you to organise a Scottish Universities Tournament for Women's Lacrosse this season and I have had an enthusiastic response.

I would really like to help the Unis have the chance to play a tournament all together at one venue and moving forward (maybe in future years) possibly select a Scottish Universities team that could represent you and count towards colours and blues .....
To do this we need you to reply with 4 things:

• 1) Is your University keen to be involved (and 1 or 2 teams)
• 2) Would your University be able to host please (needs 2 pitches, at no cost, but rotating around different Unis each year)
• 3) of the following Wednesdays, where there are no scheduled BUCS Trophy matches(I have checked), are there any that you could not do, for example due to a reading week? : 5th Feb, 19th Feb, 5th March
• 4) Name, mobile number and personal e-mail address of the key contact at your University for this proposed event (to make it easy to contact/phone/discuss etc)

What I will do is collate responses, organise a date and venue (depending on responses), send out entry forms, collect small entry fees, run the tournament on the day, organise trophy/prizes...

Please do consider this ASAP and reply with the 4 things by 16th December - I know there are exams and things are hectic, but it should not take too long ... even forwarding me your link / e mail for the BUCS matches would do ....
