Information about Scottish Universities Lacrosse
The Scottish Universities representative team first competed in 2006, at the British Championships. They have played in that tournament each year since.
BUSA (our own equivalent of NCAA) competition started in the 2006-07 season, and for the first two years used a format of regional one-day qualifying tournaments leading to semi-finals and final. St Andrews won the inaugral event; Edinburgh came second in 2007-08.
BUSA has become BUCS, and this year moves to format similar to the long-established womens competition, of regional leagues followed by knock-out. This year the following sides have entered:
Aberdeen
Glasgow
Edinburgh
St. Andrews
Stirling
